Echolens Ratings is operated by EchoLensa Aesthetic Inc., a corporation incorporated in Canada, which is the controller responsible for the personal information described here ("Echolens Ratings", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use the Echolens Ratings website, console, subscriptions, image-upload features, and related services.

Account information: When you create an account, we may collect identifiers such as your email address, login credentials, account status, and subscription or credit information.
Payment and billing information: Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. When you purchase a plan or credits, your card and billing details are collected and handled directly by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy; Echolens Ratings does not store full payment card numbers. Echolens Ratings receives only limited billing records from Stripe, such as subscription status, plan type, payment confirmations, the last four digits of your card, and last payment dates.
Uploaded content: When you submit a photo for analysis, the image is processed only to generate your rating and is not stored afterward. We process the image and any inputs you provide (such as selected options) only for the time needed to return a rating, after which the image is discarded. We do not retain your uploaded photos, use them to train or improve our models, include them in public galleries, or use them as marketing examples.
Usage and device information: We may collect logs, IP address, browser or device signals, session information, request metadata, diagnostic events, and interactions with the product in order to secure and improve the service.
We use personal information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, process subscriptions, allocate credits, operate image-analysis workflows, deliver ratings, respond to support issues, prevent abuse, and maintain service security.
We may also use information to monitor performance, fix bugs, enforce our Terms of Service, comply with legal obligations, and improve the quality and reliability of Echolens Ratings.
Echolens Ratings is an AI-powered image-rating service. When you upload a photo, the image may be processed by automated systems, including computer-vision or machine-learning models, for the purpose of generating a score or related output.
Your uploaded image is processed only to produce that score and is discarded after processing. We do not retain uploaded photos, and we do not use them to train or improve our models or for any other purpose. Automated outputs may be inconsistent or inaccurate, and model behavior may change over time.
Depending on where you are located, Echolens Ratings may process personal information based on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, consent, compliance with legal obligations, or another lawful basis recognized by applicable privacy law.
Echolens Ratings may share information with service providers and vendors that help operate the service, such as hosting providers, analytics providers, authentication providers, customer-support tools, and our payment processor, Stripe. These providers may process your information outside Canada, including in the United States.
We may also share information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect rights or safety, in connection with fraud or security investigations, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.
Echolens Ratings does not sell user-uploaded photos, and does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable privacy laws. Echolens Ratings retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
Uploaded images are not stored: they are processed transiently to generate your rating and are discarded immediately afterward, so there are no stored photos to retain or delete. In general, account and billing records are kept for the life of your account and for the period afterward required by tax, accounting, and legal-record obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information by emailing support@echolensratings.com.
Echolens Ratings uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed fully secure, and you use the service with that understanding.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, or to close your account, email support@echolensratings.com. Echolens Ratings may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests and may keep information where required or permitted by law. Echolens Ratings is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 16 years of age (or a higher minimum age where local law requires one). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
